Restaurant Yugo: Dine Out Vancouver 2020
My first Dine Out Festival ever was at Restaurant Yugo with it’s $45 menu. I really liked their interior and set up, as for the food, I will come back to try their regular menu one day.

King + Albacore Crudo, king salmon and albacore tuna sashimi pieces. Scattered in for a nice crunch texture between the sashimi pieces are yellow pickled radish, my faves.

Beef Tartare, with mustard seeds and jalapenos, which gave it a little kick.

Seafood Risotto, with shrimp, scallop, and uni. The risotto was a little more on the heavier and cheesy side, a little much for me but it was still decent.

Omakase, chef’s selection, I only tried the salmon nigiri which was topped with truffle. It’s a different kind of flavour being mixed in with my fresh fish.

Mango Yogurt Cheesecake, this was tasty, I love the light texture.
