Hanabusa Cafe: Rosey + Fluffy

The first time I tried some fluffy pancakes was at Hanabusa Cafe! It is a very cute location in Kensington Market, downtown Toronto. I regretted that I didn’t get the chance to try some souffle pancakes in Japan when I was there a few years ago, but this will suffice until I go back!

Rose + Lychee: I ordered the seasonal item, so this isn’t on their regular menu. Lychee pieces were scattered in between so it was a pleasant surprise with each bite. It was such a good fusion between rose and lychee, I really loved this! I give it 100% on my jiggly scale as well. I also got myself a cup of hot chocolate, the latte art is so cute and so well done!
